Terms and conditions:
1. Anyone participating in the European Masters of Poker™ promotion must be 21 years of age. In the event of a player winning a prize package who is not 21 years of age, the said player will lose any and all winnings.
2. Winners of the European Masters of Poker™ packages are required to wear Irish Eyes Poker logo clothing during all play and media interviews for the duration of the tournaments included in the prize package. Any other logo clothing other than Irish Eyes Poker is not allowed. The Player assigns any and all rights to his name and likeness for media and advertising purposes in connection and during the tournament in question.
3. Irish Eyes Poker reserves the right to make any changes they deem necessary in regard to this promotion.
4. Only one account per individual is allowed to participate in the European Master of Poker™ qualifying tournaments.
5. If Irish Eyes Poker or Entraction network suspects any collusion between accounts or participants in the European Master of Poker™, the said players will be disqualified directly. Playing from the same IP-number will be deemed as collusion.
6. It is strictly forbidden for a player to play at the same table with different nicknames used at different sites within the network. It is also forbidden to join the same tournament with different nicknames.
7. Poker is an individual game where players play for their own interest. Any kind of cooperation or partnership between players is strictly forbidden.
8. It is strictly forbidden to give away any information about your hand before a pot has ended by communicating with other players.
9. Irish Eyes Poker or Entraction Operations Ltd shall not be held responsible for any mistakes, including but not limited to, misprints or misinformation.
10. The accommodation will be decided by Entraction Operations Ltd.
11. The flight will be from the capitol in each jurisdiction. Travel arrangements to the capitol for the winner will be at his own expense.
12. No prize packages are exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
